Yes, as per Supreme Court order and Ministry of Road Transport guidelines, HSRP is mandatory for all vehicles in India - both new and old.
Traffic police can impose fines ranging from ₹500 to ₹5,000 for not having HSRP. In some states, vehicles may also be impounded.
HSRP has three key security features: 1) Chromium-based hologram of Ashoka Chakra, 2) Laser-etched permanent identification number, 3) QR code containing vehicle details. Regular plates don't have these security features.

Can I book HSRP for an old vehicle?
Yes, you can book HSRP for both new and old vehicles. The process is the same for all vehicles.

Delivery & Installation
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 7-10 working days after payment confirmation. This includes manufacturing time (3-5 days) and shipping (2-5 days).
Will the plates be installed at my home?
We provide complete installation kit with detailed instructions. You can install it yourself or our delivery executive can assist with basic installation. For complex installations, you may need a mechanic.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS and email. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number.
What if I'm not available for delivery?
The courier will attempt delivery 3 times. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned. You can contact customer support to reschedule delivery.
